The MEI-AL-4000*800*1000 industrial ultrasonic degreasing tank provides thorough pre-anodizing cleaning of aluminum profiles using 6KW of ultrasonic power at 28kHz frequency. The cavitation effect generated by the PZT-4 piezoelectric transducer array effectively removes machining oils, cutting fluids, polishing compounds, and surface contaminants, ensuring optimal anodizing coating adhesion and surface quality.
