MEIAL electrophoresis curing oven is dedicated post-curing equipment matched with aluminum anodizing & electrophoresis production lines. Adopts integral thermal insulation structure & circulating hot air duct system, internal stainless steel liner, temperature difference controlled within ±5°C. Electric/gas heating optional, fully PLC automatic control, customized length for small & large aluminum factories.

Product Overview

MEIAL electrophoresis curing oven serves the final baking procedure of electrophoretic coating. After aluminum profiles go through electrophoresis tank and multi-stage rinsing, the oven cures paint film stably via uniform circulating hot air to gain high hardness, uniform gloss and excellent corrosion resistance.

Integrated frame + thick thermal insulation layer, internal full stainless steel anti-oxidation liner, independent combustion chamber and multi-loop hot air circulation channel design. Cooperate perfectly with MEIAL electrophoresis power, paint refining & recovery unit, RO pure water equipment and full anodizing line to form complete aluminum surface treatment solutions.
